3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites

3 Ingredient healthy and clean snacks? Yes, please! As a busy mom of 4, I’m constantly on the search for healthy meals and snacks for my family.

These were super simple to make.

1 cup all-natural nut butter
1/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup
2 cups old fashioned oats

You can add any extras:
Coconut
Raisins
Cranberries
Chocolate chips
Whatever you want

Add nut butter and syrup into mixing bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.

Mix

Add oats

Roll into tablespoon-size balls

Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes

Store in airtight containers for up to 10 days
