Airstream Basecamp Tech Out: Episode #4: Mopeka Propane Tank Monitoring System & Wifi Gateway

One of the biggest issues of camping in an RV is balancing the Propane Gas, do I have enough? Should I fill before I go? It's always a guessing game of supply vs demand, how much do I have left, how much will I use on this trip if I cook and heat the RV? Those problems are no more with this setup from Mopeka. The sensors will monitor your tanks fuel supply, and alert you when low. You can check any time and anywhere with your smartphone with the Wifi Gateway edition that sends your data to the cloud. Integrate with Google Home or Amazon Alexa and simply ask what your tank levels are at.
Now you can be proactive on never running out of Propane again, and be alerted when you are low. Does work with 20-40 lb tanks. Wifi Gateway only supports 2.4ghz band, and requires internet.
Standard sensors only work with LED display, Pro sensors do not work with LED display and are required for the WIFI Gateway. Tank Halo's suggested with low to ground Propane tanks for standard sensors.
