GOOD NEWS: Biden Stops Public Charge Rule | What To Do With I-944, RFE and NOID

In this video, I discuss the latest immigration news. The Biden administration has decided not to continue Trump's Public Charge fight at the U.S. Supreme Court level. The Department of Justice has dropped the appeal and the USCIS has issued guidance about next steps. The USCIS is no longer requiring the Form I-944, declaration of self-sufficiency.
