No matter which side you are on, you can agree that Sohei as we have him in the game right now is a problem hero. him gaining hyper armor so early into his attacks makes fighting against him in an ordinary way almost impossible. Add onto that, that the second he gains all of his souls he becomes an even bigger problem. Being able to straight up remove you and quite literally cheat death are just the two main problems that come to mind.
Coming to that point as a Sohei sadly already doesn't feel very good. No DMG terrible stamina and no good ways to finish out a fight. This creates a situation where not only does playing like him feel very bad but also makes fighting against him feel like a chore. In this video I will be giving Sohei the rework he deserves by giving him a new way to use his souls!
