FHA One Time Close Construction Loan is used to purchase land and then build the home on the land all in one closing prior to construction of the home. The FHA Construction Loan can be used to build a stick built home or a modular home.

The home builder must be approved by the lender prior to closing on the FHA Loan. The borrower may purchase the land in advance and use the equity as required down payment or purchase the land at the close of the loan with the loan proceeds.
