Meditate on this affirmation: "I am enough. I am whole as I am." This is a foundation to cultivating self worth, self confidence, and self love. Believe that you are enough and that you are not lacking. If you find yourself getting stuck in that "comparison trap" where you're getting major Insta-envy, try this exercise to shift it from a painful experience to a positive and insightful one.
