🌿 Week 3 Challenge – Building Calm, Awareness & Consistency @ManasuThoo

As part of my Week 3 Challenge, in this video I share two simple but powerful habits that help calm the mind and build self-awareness.

🌙 Night Journaling
Writing a journal for just 5 minutes before sleep helps clear the mind, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality.

🌬️ Breath Check
Whenever I get free time, I do a simple breathing check.
While breathing in, the tummy moves forward.
While breathing out, the tummy goes inward.

🌱 Challenge Progress Update
I am continuing all the challenges from the previous weeks as well.
I successfully completed last week’s challenge 💪
However, I still need to improve my water intake.
Currently, I drink nearly 1 kg of water per day, and I want to work on this and slowly improve my hydration habit 💧.

By following these small habits daily,
✨ the mind becomes calm
✨ self-awareness increases
✨ a healthy lifestyle begins

Consistency matters 🌿
Slowly, simply, with heart 💛
