Amritsar's BEST Vada Pav Taste Test! #shorts

Amritsar vs Mumbai Street Food Battle: Bhature Chole, Vada Pav, Nutri Kulcha & More!

Welcome to a thrilling street food journey filmed entirely in Amritsar, where we bring you a taste of both Amritsar’s iconic dishes and Mumbai's famous street food! In this ultimate food battle, we explore the best that Amritsar has to offer, featuring mouth-watering Punjabi favorites along with Mumbai-inspired street food all in one exciting video.

Starting with Amritsar’s Legendary Flavors
The first stop on our tour takes us to the famous Saabri Bhatura Shop, renowned for serving some of the best Bhature Chole in the city. The bhature were golden and crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside, pairing perfectly with the tangy, flavorful chole, cooked with a medley of spices that make it the ultimate comfort food. Saabri Bhatura has been a local favorite for generations, and it’s easy to see why—this dish is pure Punjabi indulgence!

We then dive into another Amritsari specialty, Nutri Kulcha. If you haven’t tried this yet, nutri kulcha is a must-have! The soft kulchas, with their slightly crisp edges, are paired with a savory nutri (soya chunks) gravy that bursts with Punjabi spices. The richness of the nutri dish complements the fluffy kulchas perfectly, making this one of the most loved street foods in Amritsar.

For dessert, we indulged in classic Punjabi sweets, starting with delicious Gulab Jamun, a dessert loved across India. These soft, syrup-soaked dumplings are pure perfection—warm, spongy, and just sweet enough to satisfy your cravings. To top off the sweets, we enjoyed a serving of Halwa, another decadent Punjabi delight made with ghee and semolina, perfect for those who love rich, comforting desserts.

Bringing Mumbai to Amritsar: A Taste of Vada Pav & More!
What makes this video extra special is that you don’t need to visit Mumbai to enjoy its iconic street food—we found some amazing Mumbai street food right here in Amritsar at Rani Ka Bagh! Here, we indulged in Vada Pav, one of Mumbai’s most famous snacks. The spicy potato vada, deep-fried to golden perfection, was served in a soft pav, complemented with tangy chutneys and green chilies for that extra kick. It’s easy to see why vada pav is often called Mumbai’s favorite burger—this snack is simply irresistible!

But that’s not all! At Raju Chaat Bhandar in Rani Ka Bagh, we sampled some of the best Golgappe and Dahi Puri that Amritsar has to offer. The golgappe (pani puri) were crispy, tangy, and spicy, bursting with flavors in every bite. Meanwhile, the dahi puri was a perfect blend of sweet yogurt, crispy puris, and spicy fillings, offering a refreshing and tasty bite that’s loved by many.
