Hey guys I know it's been a bit. I had to take some time away and focus on me as I have dreams and aspirations of my own and sometimes the only way I can make progress is through isolation away from everyone. I appreciate the support nonetheless. In this video It's really a simple workout. 4 Quarters are better than 100 pennies. Find a couple of moves and MASTER them instead of having a "bag" of endless moves. In this case, I worked on the between cross substantially into lay-ups, mid ranges and 3's, as you will see in the video over and over. This is what real work looks like.
