Types of Cardio: 5:20
General Advice: 8:59
Metabolic Adaptations: 9:56
My Cardio Routine: 12:52
Best Time For Cardio: 18:55
The Worst Cardio: 21:30
Cardio When Bulking: 22:58
Current Routine: 45 Mins Total, Split into 30 mins morning, 15 mins post workout
5kmh 12% incline 1 minute walk
6kmh 15% Incline 1 minute walk
Repeat for 1520 mins
5kmh, 15% incline Increasing speed by 1 until you reach 6kmh Walk until 30 mins is done
Post Workout Cardio: 15 Mins of Stepper or Bike
