We Went Walking With Alpacas! They Are So Friendly!

Thinking of getting Alpacas we decided to investigate more and go and see an expert and interact with them. These are rescued alpacas of all ages they come in to live on a 200+ acre site in the hills with this view! Though it is a bit windy they have shelters dotted about and their paddock is in between hills so sheltered from the wind! Amelia's alpacca was called Macca! then we also had Bart out on a walk as he's a nutural leader the others followed him. They were so friendly and liked the interaction Amelia loved them but she got a bit annoyed by the end as she was upset thinking she was going to get blown away from us as it was windy! Shane told her he nearly got blown away one night when he went to secure the trampoline and ever since she thinks the wind is going to blow her away! Anyway what colour Alpaca is your favourite? I Always wanted three to keep each other company, they keep sheep safe too and are very social with dogs and people!
