My Heart Will Go On - Celine Dion - Alip Ba Ta - Jess Mancuso - Guitar, Recorder, Piano & Violin

Recently, I was surprised by a 7-year old music student asking if I know the song from the “Titanic” movie. I found the recording “My Heart Will Go On” by Celine Dion (1997) and asked the little boy if that was the song. Within seconds of listening, he exclaimed “Yes, this is the one!!”… with the brightest smile on his face. Then, I learned that he loves the song because a family member generations ago was a survivor of the 1912 Titanic disaster. My heart melted. A few days later, Alip came out with his amazing version of this very song. Another soul calling… I knew where my heart is going.

I kept this collab pure acoustic in the spirit of Alip. This is my own arrangement & interpretation of the tune on piano & violin to accompany Alip’s guitar & recorder. Thank you, Alip.
