⛳️ इस व्याख्यान का मुख्य बल इस बात पर है कि अतीत, वर्तमान को कैसे आकार देता है। इस स्थिति को “इतिहास के बोझ” के रूप में वर्णित किया जाना चाहिए।
हम सभी इतिहास के बोझ तले दबे हुए है, यद्यपि हम में से बहुत इस बोझ को समझने में नाकाम रहे हैं।
मास्क पहने बच्चों का परिदृश्य, परमाणु प्रतिष्ठान, बंदूक चलाने वाले दाढ़ी वाले लोग, बंजर भूमि, ये सभी अतीत में की गई कुछ बड़ी गलतियों के परिणाम हैं।
अतीत की व्याख्या के क्रम में यह व्याख्यान, विशेष रूप से, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका द्वारा की गई पिछली गलतियों पर केंद्रित है जिसने वर्तमान विश्व को जीने लायक नहीं छोड़ा है। शीत युद्ध जीतने के लिए अमरीका ने जो तरीका अपनाया था, उसने दुनिया को तबाही के कगार पर ला खड़ा किया है।
फिर व्याख्यान के अंत में श्री मणिकांत सर द्वारा यह सुझाव दिया गया है कि हमें इतिहास से सीखने से नहीं चूकना चाहिए।

⛳️In this lecture, the main focus is on how the past gives shape to the present. The condition should be characterised as the 'Burden of history'. We all are groaning under the burden of history without realizing it.
The scenario of masked kids, nuclear installations, guns wielding bearded men, desolate fields all are the products of some major mistakes committed in the past.
In course of the interpretation of the past, this lecture exclusively concentrates on past mistakes committed by the USA which made the present unlivable. The course of action, which the USA had taken to win the Cold War, has brought the world to the point of devastation.
Then at the last of the lecture, there is a suggestion that we should not fail to learn from history.
