What do you do with an ex who threatens you? Your well-being is being challenged. You are being threatened. You feel it's an abusive situation. It's potential for domestic violence. You were a victim of domestic violence before. This is recurring and you want to get out. You have to be reasonable to protect your safety. You have to take yourself out of the situation. You really don't have an excuse for not taking care of yourself. You remove yourself from that environment and still, you don't feel safe. Your ex-spouse is still threatening you. Calling you.
