WW2 relics at the Arctic Circle! An underwater time capsule.
Searching for lost WorldWar II relics takes us back to the Arctic circle.
We went back to Northern Norway where we meet up again with Viking Jan and Kim to search for relics from World War 2 and as always for Hitler's lost gold.
Back in 1940, the German Nazi forces fought hard against the British, French and Norwegian forces, trying to seize the strategic important harbor of Narvik. During this Scandinavian campaign, the German Nazi forces were supplied by their air force (Luftwaffe) when 11 Junker airplanes were forced to crash land on a frozen lake. There are still some of those lost German airplanes in this lake and in this video we will try and find one using a underwater drone.
We used a drone called the 'PowerRay' made by Powervision to try and find of these lost German Airplanes. With help of the PowerRay we managed to shoot some awesome footage of this time capsule that has been laying there since WWII.
I hope you enjoy the video as much as we did recording it.
If you have any questions or remarks, feel free to put in down in the comments.

FAQ:
-Do you report things found to the authorities?
Yes, all nasty things found like UXO's and finds that could be important from an archaeology perspective are reported to the local authorities.
-Do you sell finds?
I am a collector myself so I hardly sell relics. But if I do then I'll post it on the social media pages or if you are interested in owning a find please think about becoming a Patron, because I'll share finds with my Patrons (check out the Patreon website for details).
-How do you gain permission for metal detecting?
