Perfect Cheese French Omelette

Learn how to make a soft, creamy French omelette with melted cheese inside. The secret is knowing exactly when to add the cheese for the best texture.
I'm Dom and this how I make my cheesy French Omelette 🍳

INGREDIENTS
◇ 3 whole eggs
◇ Salt
◇ taste
◇ 30g butter
◇ 30g Cheese of your choice

METHOD
◇ Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.
◇ Season with salt and black pepper.
◇ Mix using a hand whisk until fully combined.
◇ Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
◇ Add 30g butter and allow it to melt.
◇ Pour in the egg mixture.
◇ Immediately begin stirring in a circular motion with a spatula.
◇ Continue stirring until the eggs become soft and slightly loose, but not dry.
◇ Add the cheese and gently combine.
◇ Fold the omelette and cook briefly until the cheese melts.
◇ Serve immediately and enjoy.
