What is Late Registration?
Delayed registration is a process that a person must undergo if the fact of his or her birth was not recorded with the LCR of the place where the birth occurred.

A person must likewise undergo the process of delayed registration if the fact of his or her birth had been previously recorded with the LCR but there is no existing copy with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

Requirements:
1. Negative result from (PSA)
2. Baptismal Cert.
3. Marriage certificate of parents
4. School records form 137 or TOR
5. Voters affidavit
6. Government issued ID
7. Joint affidavit sign by two disinterested persons
