How to replace the Combi filter on your Dyson Pure humidify + Cool™

Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™ has a fully-sealed replaceable HEPA and activated carbon combi filter.

In normal use, we would expect the combination filters to last for 12 months if used for 12 hours a day, or 6 months in constant use. The LCD screen on your machine will alert you when you need to change the filters. If you are connected to the Dyson Link app, you will receive a notification message. Remaining filter life can be accessed via the built-in LCD screen by pressing the Information button on your remote.

It can also be viewed within the Dyson Link app. It's quick and easy to replace the combi filters, just follow the steps shown in our video guide. IMPORTANT: Reset your filter once replacement is complete Press and hold the Night mode button on the remote control.

The LCD screen on your machine will count down from five, finishing with the default screen.

Step 1 - Switch off your machine
Step 2 - Remove the filter cover and both halves of your old Combi filter
Step 3 - Unpack and insert both halves of your new Combi filter
Step 4 - Reset the filter life

Your machine will now keep performing at its best
