Ep 22: Duluth Travel Vlog - Aerial Bridge - Abandoned Lighthouse

We planned a trip to Duluth, MN because we were inspired by the Duluth Trading Co commercials! Ever since seeing those we just had to visit that store. But even more, we came across so many cool things to see and do in town.

Minnesota State Highway 61 is otherwise known as the North Shore Scenic Highway, a nearly 150 mile long stretch of highway that borders Lake Superior. It runs from Duluth all the way up to Grand Portage.

On our Southern tour of this scenic highway, we had the best smoked fish ever at Russ Kendall's Smokehouse, followed up by some treats at the Great Lakes Candy Kitchen, a multi-generation family run candy store.

While in Duluth we got to experience the awesomeness of the Aerial Lift Bridge, and the beautiful flowers at Enger Park.

We explored the quaint town of Two Harbors, the magnificent ore docs, and we made our way along Minnesota Point to the aptly named Minnesota Point Lighthouse, Minnesotas first lighthouse!
