The Worlds Easiest Pasta Sauce | BRIAN’S KITCHEN

Pasta sauce doesn’t have to be hard and it doesn’t have to have onion.
Here’s the recipe.

2 cans San Marzano whole tomatoes (blend or squeeze them!)
4 cloves garlic sliced
Bunch of fresh basil
Kosher salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper
Chilli flakes (optional)

Add some chopped carrots to cut down the acidity and then blitz the sauce with a hand blender to mix in the carrot without the kids noticing! 🤫
