A fugitive businessman and politician in Moldova could play a big role in the second round of the presidential election this month.
Ilan Shor is accused of being involved in Moldova's so-called "Theft of the Century" – a heist in which $1bn disappeared from Moldova's three biggest banks.
But in the town where he used to be mayor, many celebrate his legacy.
