Yohan Blake runs fastest ever 100m in the Diamond League with 9.69 in Lausanne in 2012 - Flashback

Usain Bolt was the headline attraction in Lausanne in 2012, but it was his compatriot Yohan Blake who stole the limelight on the night.

Blake, who had taken the silver medal behind Bolt at the London Olympic Games earlier that summer, lined up in the 100m while his fellow Jamaican watched on ahead of his appearance in the 200m.

Bolt watched on in delight as Blake stormed to an astonishing victory, clocking 9.69 to set a Diamond League record which still stands today.
