My (not so good) experience with DuPont Froth Pak 620 spray foam

I was offered a refund of $250.38 (one third) of the cost of the product from the manufacturer.
However, after reviewing the legal terms of the agreement in order to receive the compensation, I decided there was no way I could agree and chose not to take their offer.
The terms basically stated that I was never to speak of it to anyone ever, anywhere, for all eternity and if I did all hell would break loose.
I learned from this experience and will not use their product ever again and will not recommend it to anyone if asked for my opinion.

I made a complaint to DuPont and received a lengthy reply and may be filing a formal request for a refund of some kind. They are requesting a laundry list of of information and also stated that this specific kit 620 is a sealant and is not rated for full coverage spraying. I knew this before applying it. My goal was to apply two 1" coats in order to obtain the proper vapor barrier status and seal my walls as stated on their website- "Froth-Pak™ comes as a professional sealant for air sealing gaps and penetrations up to 4 inches wide or as a spray foam insulation to fill larger cavities providing both insulation and air sealing properties."

I did not have a very good experience with this spray foam kit at all.
I watched many, many videos about how to apply this product and did my research before deciding to go ahead with it and now I wish I hadn't. Everything is explained in the video. I'm not happy with this product whatsoever.
Also, let it be known that I contacted 5 spray foam installers before doing this and after all of them giving me a quote of $2000 (their minimum charge) for my tiny little building, none of them would get back to me even after I gave the go ahead and offered cash on the spot because I just wanted to get it done. My guess is that it is too small of a job and/or they make too much money to begin with that they didn't want to bother with it. I even called 4 more installers after getting this bad result of foaming it myself and none of them would answer their phones and/or their mailboxes were full or not accepting calls. How disappointing! I am now going to buy polyiso sheets and cut and paste them in and seal the seams with cans of foam. This will only cost me $500. This is what I should've done in the first place. I learned a lot form this experience.
