Yoga for Climbers: Active Recovery for a Rest Day

Join me for a 52 min yoga session that is designed for rest days✨

With this lower intensity yoga routine for climbers, you will strengthen your non-climbing muscles to maintain muscular balance. You will also lengthen tighter spots as well as massage your palms, forearms and shoulders that might feel tense after a climbing session.

During the practice, remind yourself to breathe calmly, steady and lightly in order to relax your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest response instead of fight and flight).
