Two Former Deputy Chiefs Say Army Should Apologize for Nagaland Killings
Two former Deputy Chiefs of the Army Staff, both of whom have served several tenures in Nagaland, have separately said the army should apologise for killing innocent fellow-citizens in Nagaland. The two are Lt. Gen. Zameer Uddin Shah and Lt. Gen. Raj Kadyan. Both were speaking to Karan Thapar for The Wire.
