Termez, Uzbekistan Border - Balkh, Afghanistan / CH-46 Phrog
Termez, Uzbekistan Border - Balkh, Afghanistan / CH-46 Phrog. The Uzbekistan Border is just to the the north of Mazar-e-Sharif in Balkh Province. The US would participate in Diplomatic events at the Border Crossing to Termez. The Bridge that Crosses over is called the Friendship Bridge. The camp we landed is about a mile from the actual border but if you see the body of water in the video that separates the two countries.
