I Learned This Method From A Pastry Chef! Special and Delicious

130ml milk
12g white sugar
3g Active dry yeast
Mix and wait for 5 minutes
200g bread flour or all-purpose flour
1.5g salt
Mix with a silicone spatula until there is no more dry flour
Microwave unsalted butter for 15 seconds
Knead the butter into the dough
It takes about two to three minutes
Rise until double size
25g brown sugar
5g cinnamon
Mix well
Prepare a baking dish
Brush softened butter on the baking pan
After 1.5 hours
Sprinkle some flour
Deflate the air bubbles
Move the dough onto the board
Flatten the dough with your hand
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out
The diameter is about 30 cm
15g melted unsalted butter
Brush butter on the dough
Don't put butter on the edge of the dough
Cinnamon brown sugar mix
Sprinkle evenly on the dough

Make a hole in the center of the dough
Use your hands to shape the dough like this
Make the center bigger
It's easy and fun to make!

Cut the circle
Pinch the ends
Put the rope into the baking pan for baking
Cover and rise until double size
Brush milk
Bake for 20 minutes at 356 F/180 C
You can also fry it
Brush oil on the pan
Same steps as before

Tuck the end under the roll
Flatten with your hand
Put the roll into the pan
Flip around then fry for another 3-5
After 45 minutes
Brush oil on top of the roll
Fry for 8-10 minutes on medium-low heat
Flip around then fry for another 3-5 minutes
Done!
After baking
Spread some butter on top (optional)
Place on rack to cool
It's so soft and delicious
After frying
It's very beautiful!
