3 medium tomatoes, blanched & peeled
3 Tbsp cashew nuts (soaked)
1 Tbsp ginger–garlic paste
1–2 green chilies
2 Tbsp fresh cream
1 Tbsp ghee or butter
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Step-by-Step Cooking:
Grind the Gravy Base: Blend onions, tomatoes, cashews, ginger–garlic paste, and green chilies into a smooth paste.
Sauté Spices: Heat ghee and oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then pour in the paste. Cook until oil separates.
Season & Simmer: Stir in chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, and a pinch of sugar. Add water as needed and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Finish with Cream & Paneer: Lower the heat, stir in fresh cream, then gently fold in fried paneer cubes. Sprinkle garam masala and cook for 2 more minutes.
