Phase 2 - OCI Environment Setup

OCI Environment: A Virtual Cloud Network (VCN) was established within a dedicated compartment, followed by the deployment of a MySQL HeatWave DB system.

[00:00] Creating the OCI VCN: Starting the process in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure by using the VCN wizard to create a new Virtual Cloud Network (named "MySQL OCI VCN") with internet connectivity inside a dedicated compartment.

[00:41] Configuring IP Blocks: Assigning the IP blocks for the VCN's public and private subnets to ensure there is no conflict with the AWS environment.

[01:38] Initiating Database Setup: Creating a new standalone MySQL database instance ("MySQL OCI DB") for development and testing, setting up the username and password to match the AWS setup.

[02:14] Network & Storage Configuration: Assigning the newly created database to the private subnet of the VCN, disabling unnecessary domains/groups, and configuring backup and storage (50 GB) limits.

[03:00] Finalizing Creation: Starting the database provisioning process.
