Dad orders McDonald's instantly regrets it

A Dad took his son to get some McDonald's in Torrington Wyoming and they instantly regretted it when they got home and looked at the food. Fast food service is really going downhill the last few years and this might be a sign that management cares a lot more about money then the basic health and care of their employees. Who knows, but this is pretty gross - I wouldn't be back there anytime soon my friends.
