How I Get My Mertailor Fantasea Fin Three Into Its Tail Skin

How do I safely put my new fantasea fin three into its tail skin?? I know that's what I wondered when I first got my beautiful monofin and tail. I'm better at it now than when I started, so I wanted to share what I've figured out so far with you all! If you know a better way/tips or tricks, please share in the comments!
