Aviral Ghimire Competes in K-1 World Max 175 vs Oda Jinku | Nepal's Pride in Kickboxing

Aviral Ghimire, also known as 'Himchituwa,' is set to compete in the prestigious K-1 World Max 175 tournament against Japan's kickboxing champion, Oda Jinku, in Osaka, Japan on June 4. Aviral has been training in Thailand for the past month and a half to prepare for this tournament. Recently, he won the K-1 World Max 2025 tournament by defeating Japan's Yasuhito Shirasu in the final round. He has also won the ISKA International Kickboxing tournament, becoming the world champion after defeating France's Antoine Marcon. Aviral has defeated boxers from various countries including France, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Bolivia, the Netherlands, and Thailand, raising the Nepalese flag in international competitions. Aviral lives in Nagoya, Japan, with his father, Dev Ghimire, who is also a boxer and was the first South Asian player to participate in the K-1 Professional Kickboxing tournament in 2004. Aviral's family is originally from Chandragiri Municipality-12, Gurjudhara, Balambu, Nepal.
