*The JSC Sukhoi Company is a major Soviet and now Russian aircraft manufacturer, headquartered in Begovoy District, Northern Administrative Okrug, Moscow, and designs both civilian and military aircraft. It was founded by Pavel Sukhoi in 1939 as the Sukhoi Design Bureau. During February 2006, the Russian government merged Sukhoi with Mikoyan, Ilyushin, Irkut, Tupolev, and Yakovlev as a new company named United Aircraft Corporation.

*In today’s video, we would like to present you guys, the evolution of the Sukhoi jet fighter right from 1939 until today. Our list will only include military production aircraft. We will not include those which are not yet in service/experimental aircraft
