There’s no doubt that famous sports legend Kobe Bryant inspired a lot of people throughout his life. But where did he get his inspiration from when he was feeling down? This star athlete claimed that his daughter Gianna Bryant, better known as Gigi, helped pick him up when he was feeling down. He even credited her with helping him finish his Academy Award winning animated short film “Dear Basketball.” Her mother, Vanessa Bryant, spoke out about the family’s recent tragedy in a touching Instagram post. She said that Gigi was an amazing sister to her siblings Bianka Bella, Capri Kobe, and Natalia Diamant. Even some of Gigi’s heroes like Gabby Williams and Jewell Lloyd were looking forward to seeing her future career. She dreamed of playing for the UConn Huskies one day when she got to college. Her life was lost in a tragic helicopter crash, but the accident is changing the ways lawmakers look at regulating aircrafts. Although it won’t undo this tragedy, it could help prevent more families from going through this. Fans always thought Kobe must have wanted a son, but to him his daughters were everything.
