Step-by-Step Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

1. In a bowl, mix rice flour, semolina, and a pinch of salt.
2. Heat milk and jaggery in a pan until the jaggery dissolves completely. Let it cool slightly.
3. Gradually add the warm milk-jaggery mixture to the rice flour and whisk well to make a smooth, lump-free batter.
4. Adjust the consistency by adding water if needed. The batter should be pourable but not too runny.

1. In a pan, cook grated coconut, jaggery, and cardamom powder on low heat until the mixture thickens.
