Glow in the dark instrument cluster rings for Mazda 626 GF

As with v1, v2 is made specifically for Mazda 626 GF (facelift), but should also fit 323 BJ, Premacy CP and Demio DW.

Benefits compared to v1:
- Not touching the glass (so no stains left)
- (Hopefully) no warping
- Not much post-processing, just print and place
- Much easier to get 2 colored rings (I used Glow in the dark PLA for the top part)

Cons compared to v1:
- Needs gluing to the instrument cluster.

I used mounting tape instead of a glue and for now it works very good. Mounting tape can be removed without any residue left.
