A quick and fun, Wet into Wet demonstration of a Pond in Mist painting. Easy to follow and learn.

This wet in to wet demonstration was done in a smaller size, allowing the viewer to get in closer to the painting and better see my techniques. The same techniques I use on all of my large paintings

My videos are great for beginners and seasoned artist alike. These demos are intended to show my techniques and not a finished work of art.

Paint: Winsor: Newton Sap Green, Burnt Sienna, Ultramarine, Sepia, Yellow Ochre
da Vinci: Quinacridone Fuchsia and Phthalo Blue.

Paper:
STRATHMORE
Strathmore 500 series Mixed Media Sketchbook.
This is a smooth, off white paper made from pure cotton rag.
Colors appear deep and saturated on this luxurious paper.

I almost always use 140lb paper
It is less prone to wrinkle when saturated.

Brushes: 1/2" and a detail brush.
I use less expensive brushes when
painting on location and for my videos
They hold less paint and are easier to clean. And,
tend to have stiffer bristles. Good for lifting paint.
