Hello family today I bring this simple way to make your own Ghanaian suya spice mix using simple ingredients you are most likely to have in your kitchen already. Suya spice is a combination of all natural spices you love with peanut (normally done with kilikuli a type of snack ) but i twist it into a an even easier way. This is definitely going add lots of flavor to all your all your grills and it can be added to all your meals

Ingredients:~~~~~~~~~~~

3 cups of salted roasted peanut
3 teaspoon of onion powder
3 teaspoon of paprika powder
2 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoon of ginger powder
1 tablespoon of all purpose seasoning
1 shrimp cube
A tablespoon of nutmeg powder

3 tsp of dried pepper
1 tsp of aniseed
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of cloves
1tsp of rosemary
1 tsp of cumin seed
1 tsp of coriander seed
1 tsp of black pepper corns
