From the first scene I saw Nathan, I was incredibly charmed... He has a strong character, he is harsh when it needs, professional but not too ambitious, honest, not afraid to say what he thinks, has such a good dark humor and sarcasm, looks deep into people around and respects them! He's a really nice guy, damaged by his past and he is just damn hot! I love his friendship with April, Amelia and Maggie, his relationship with Owen's mum and his feelings to Meredith.
