Extremely Rusty Anvil Restoration

Antique rusted Anvil ... May be a Peter Wright but not possible to identify as rust had eaten away any imprints.
I estimated it weigh to be around 80-90 kg.
It will be used for display mostly so I wanted to keep the texture created by the rust pits and restore it to my liking.
