URGENT should be the exception, not the rule or the way you live. But how often is URGENT allowed? Once a day? Once a week? Once a month?

If you have something URGENT coming up every day, or every second day, it means you have problems with not doing what is IMPORTANT.

On the other hand, if the IMPORTANT regularly absorbs the MOST IMPORTANT, sooner or later you will be very disappointed.
