United24- November 19 Bloody Wednesday in Ternopil

Last night, search and rescue operations concluded in Ternopil at the site where a missile struck a residential building. Rescuers worked continuously for four days. As a result of this Russian crime, 33 people died, including six children. My condolences to the families and loved ones. Unfortunately, six are still considered missing. I thank all the services involved in eliminating the consequences of this strike and working to save our people.

Emergency work continues in Dnipro at the site of a Russian drone strike near a high-rise building. Fourteen people were injured in the strike, including a child. Thanks to all our services that promptly responded to extinguish the fire and are assisting on site. In Nikopol, Russians struck with an FPV drone, injuring two children and a woman. Again, there were nighttime strikes on residential and civilian infrastructure, as well as energy facilities in various regions of our country.

Throughout the week, these attacks have not ceased: over 1,050 strike drones, nearly 1,000 guided aerial bombs, and more than 60 missiles of various types have been used.

Today, our advisors will work in Switzerland with representatives from the United States of America, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. But alongside the diplomatic track, we must do everything to strengthen our defense against such vile Russian strikes. It is very important to accelerate the implementation of all our agreements with partners regarding air defense systems and missiles. Thank you to everyone who helps protect lives.
