Imli Ki Chutney | Imli Ki Khatti Meethi Chutney Recipe | Tamarind Sauce

This is a simple recipe of making Imli Ki Chutney (tamarind sauce) special recipe for Ramadan.

Ingredients:

Imli (tamarind) 200 g
Water 4-5 cups
Oil 1 tsp
Zeera (cumin seeds) 1/4 tsp
Adrak (Chopped ginger) 1 tsp
Gur (Jaggery) 2tbsp(you can use jaggery or sugar)
Sugar 1/3 cup or as per taste
Kutti mirch (crushed chilli flakes) 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder or food color: 1 tsp
Namak (Salt): 1/4 tsp
Saunf (fennel seeds)1/4 tsp
