XO醬粉絲蝦煲XO Sauce Prawn Vermicelli in pot
材料有 粉絲, 中蝦, 薑, 蒜頭, 青蔥, 蔥頭, 鴻喜菇/管菇Ingredients include vermicelli, prawns, ginger, garlic, shallot, onion bulbs, Bunashimeji/Beech Mushroom
粉絲要預先洗乾淨, 然後浸水vermicelli need to be washed in advance and then soaked in water
用豆粉水把蝦洗乾淨, 然後用清水沖洗Wash the prawns with soy flour water, then rinse with water

把蝦背剪開, 吃起來比較方便Cut the back of the prawns to make it easier to eat
在蝦背位置剪開,並取出蝦腸Cut through the back and take out the intestine

攪勻Stir well

如果喜歡吃辣, 可以現在加辣椒If you like spicy food, you can add chili now

加入管菇Put in Beech Mushrooms
最後加入蝦Finally add prawns
加少許紹興酒Add a little Shaoxing wine
加入青蔥Add shallot
