Driver failed to fully connect his trailer to his tractor and as soon as he pulled out on to the street when he tried to accelerate his trailer fell from his truck and was leaning real bad to the passenger side so they called us out and upon my arrival I decided to great the officer with a business card and my name and told him the plan of action.
