Building The Giant Wood Flattener

This is was one of the most fun projects I've yet to tackle. This video will take you through all the steps I took to build this machine that has taken the place of my old router sled. And so far it has been very fun to use and it is incredibly fast at flattening large slabs of wood. This machine was designed with the intent to make it fully cnc operated, but this video focuses only on the mechanics and the machining of the parts itself. This is an ongoing project and there will be more videos in the future that will focus on the cnc aspect.
