🥗 Day 7 Meal Plan:
Morning Detox ☀️: Warm water with apple slices and cinnamon + 4 soaked Almonds + 1 tsp Flax seeds
Breakfast 🍽️: 2 Idli + Sambar + green tea
Mid-Morning Snack 🍎: 1 apple + 2 Walnuts
Lunch 🥗: Rajma + brown rice + mixed salad
