Be More Effective with a blended Advanced Work Packaging and Lean Construction approach.

In 2021, the Construction Industry Institute presented the first-ever Advanced Work Packaging + Lean Construction Summit, focused on exploration of - and recommendations around - aligning and combining Advanced Work Packaging and Lean Construction approaches for effective and efficient project delivery. The program for that virtual event was focused on the essentials of Advanced Work Packaging and Lean Construction, a closer look at how AWP and Lean practitioners plan and execute projects, SWOT analyses of both approaches, and associated topics that are relevant and applicable to both AWP and Lean, including contract strategy approaches and field assembly / modularization. We were only just scratching the surface.

In 2022, we’ll expand the conversation and look even closer at the ways in which AWP and Lean are actually complementary practices that can be applied in tandem (with additional practices and technologies) for truly integrated project delivery and optimum performance and productivity.

This event will be an in-person conference with a virtual component for remote attendees.
