So if you want to improve your gaming experience just
1. Hit the Windows key.
2. Type in mouse settings.
3. Click “additional mouse settings”.
4. Open the “Pointer Options” tab.
5. And uncheck “Enhance pointer precision”.
6. Finally click “Apply” & “OK”

The reason why it's important to disable this setting is because this is what's known as mouse acceleration, which artificially adds what I would call friction to your mouse movement, a physical limitation gamers pay hundreds to mitigate by purchasing ultra light weight mice so they can have faster and more accurate movements in games.
