Hey guys! In today's video I take you through a typical day in college and what some of my meals look like. I eat different things every day, so this is technically just a day in my life of my meals, but hopefully it gives you an idea of what I do for the most part. These types of videos are easy to compare to your own diets and I do NOT want you to do that. Every person has different dietary needs and one thing that works for me might no work for you and vice versa.
